Our opening times for arrivals and collections are as follows:

Monday to Saturday:

8.00 to 10:00 and 16:00 to 18:00

Sunday

16:00 to 17:00

Although we're here with the cats, unless an emergency, we are unable to accept arrivals and collections outside of the times stated above, as like all catteries and kennels, these are a condition of our Licence.

We're open for customers all year except for Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. We're only open in the morning on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. We're open as normal on all other bank holidays.

2 Cats (Sharing) £22.00 per day

3 Cats (sharing) £26.00 per day

All days are chargeable, although if your cat is collected before 10am, the charge will be 50% of the days rate
* We use our closest school (Riddlesdown Collegiate) holiday dates for our Easter peak rates.

 

There is a 3 day minimum charge and a 5 day minimum charge if any part of your cats stay falls on Christmas Eve to New Years Day or Good Friday to Easter Monday.

 

Prices include food, treats (if allowed!), play time, grooming, heating, administering medications, litter, bedding etc.
 

All days, including Christmas, Easter etc. are charged at the above rates There are NO hidden costs.

We can offer a discount (varies dependent on time of year/availability) for long stays (21+ days). Please contact us for a quote.

Collection and Return Service 

Within 2 miles (driving distance*) of cattery - £12 each trip

2 to 4 Miles - £18

4 to 6 Miles - North of cattery £25

4 to 6 Miles - South of cattery £22

6 to 8 miles - North £32

6 to 8 Miles - South £26

8 to 10 Miles - North £39

8 to 10 Miles - South £30

For distances over 10 miles - Add £3 per mile North and £2 per mile South to the 8-10 mile prices above 
(e.g. 20 Miles North will be £69, South £50).
If using M25 to head North we will charge the 'south' price.

PLEASE NOTE THIS SEVICE IS DEPENDENT ON OUR LIMITED AVAILABILITY AND UNDERTAKEN OUTSIDE OUR STANDARD CUSTOMER OPENING HOURS. THIS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE BETWEEN 19TH DECEMBER TO THE 4TH JANUARY.(also other dates at shorter notice)

*Driving Distance is calculated by using the quickest route as per google maps.

Any parking or congestion charges (not ULEZ as currently compliant) will be added to the cost of this service

Sorry for the increased charge for collections/returns into London, but traffic measures implemented in the London boroughs have meant journey times are taking longer now and more fuel is being used.
